What is our refund policy?
The refund policy applies only to those institutions and/or individuals who have MADE PAYMENT to IIU on their registration fees for AUDC.
Why refund them?
In the unlikely event that these parties have paid to our account, but later on feel that they are unable to make it to the tournament, The Organizing Committee may refund their payment based on the schedule below:
Important note
Processing fees include bank charges, loss on traslation of forex, and other incedental expenses. We may provide you with a bill of the processing fees should you require one.
Refund schedule
Tournament Starting date: 14th May 2008.
Refund requested before 31st March 2008: Full refund (minus) processing fees. (6 weeks prior to event)
Refund requested before 30th April 2008: 50% refund (minus) processing fees. (2 weeks prior to event)
Refund requested before 13th May 2008: Up to the discretion of the Organizing Committee. Will be based on discussions with the requisitor and other relevant parties.
Refund requested 14th May 2008 onwards: Unfortunately, we cannot refund the funds you've remitted from this date onwards.
